As a Customer Service Executive, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding service to customers. You will develop a strong understanding of customer needs, process orders efficiently and accurately, and provide proactive solutions to any issues that arise. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Order Management
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Process orders with speed and accuracy
Recommend alternative products when items are out of stock
Promote new products and initiatives
Maximise order fulfilment by liaising with Supply Chain and Warehouse teams
