Fusion 2K Ltd is recruiting a full-time Retailer Events Consultant. This is currently a hybrid position, working full-time, Mon - Fri combining a minimum of 3 mandated office days in Bedfordshire and 2 working from home if preferred. If you are keen to kick off a career in events and prefer being office based as opposed to on site - this is the ideal role!
Role & responsibilities:
* Shipping and logistics support.
* Administration including creating reports and organising multiple bookings.
* Sales order processing.
* Organising of both large and small scale events for automotive dealerships.
* To communicate effectively, accurately and on time with internal departments, external parties and suppliers.
* To book event staff and ensure all staff are briefed appropriately ahead of their event.
* To ensure all booking paperwork is completed and located in the correct place.
* Management of incoming event enquiries through both phone and email.
* Customer service support.
* Working to time critical deadlines.
* Data management, analysis and post-event evaluations.
* Occasional provision of on call event support.
Skills & Experience:
* A confident, enthusiastic, highly organised individual with a flexible working nature, excellent multi-tasking skills, can-do attitude and the ability to prioritise.
* An excellent communicator (both verbal and written), with the ability to communicate with a variety of individuals professionally.
* Excellent decision-making skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A high level of customer service skills.
* Attention to detail and the ability to work to a high standard within a fast-paced environment.
* A strong team player who is also able to self-motivate. Excellent use of initiative.
* Computer literate using Microsoft packages with particular strengths in Outlook and Excel.
Essential:
* Full UK Driving Licence & Car due to office location.
* Minimum of 12 months experience in a customer focused, office based role.
