You will participate as a member of the nursing team in delivery and monitoring of individual care/treatment plans and report changes to the registered nurse as appropriate. You will undertake programmes of personalised care to meet the direct care needs of each patient, maximizing independence and "recovery".
Snowdrop ward is an 18 bedded unit providing care and treatment for individuals with organic mental health needs, largely dementia. We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated staff to join our team. The work is hard, but the rewards are huge.
