Pay: £34,398 – £52,490 per year (excluding TLR), depending on experience

What We’re Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – essential.
Proven experience in leading an Early Years or Reception classroom.
A dynamic and creative approach to the EYFS curriculum that sparks curiosity and fosters a love of learning.
Strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues.
An enthusiastic and nurturing personality, capable of building positive relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Your Role Will Include:
Leading and delivering an engaging and inclusive EYFS curriculum across Reception and early years.
Creating a stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence.
Monitoring and assessing children’s progress, planning tailored activities to meet individual needs.
Supporting, mentoring, and collaborating with early years colleagues to maintain high standards of teaching and care.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and the school community.
