Our Lady of Compassion School is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Site Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be approachable, possess good interpersonal skills, and be committed to supporting the children in our care. Experience in a school environment and responsibility for maintaining safe, clean premises are essential.
The successful candidate will:
* Support the values and ethos of Our Lady of Compassion School
* Have experience working in a school environment
* Be responsible for maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and security of the school premises, including buildings and grounds
* Identify, evaluate, and minimize risks to health, safety, and security
* Follow school policies and procedures
* Establish effective communication with staff and professionals
* Recognize and utilize personal strengths to support others
* Participate in training and development activities
* Work independently and reflectively
* Collaborate effectively with staff
