Job Description
Home Instead Lincoln is recruiting for the appointment of Field Care Supervisor for our relatively new Lincoln branch office.
1. Reporting to the Registered Care Director.
2. To lead, support and manage our Care Assistants.
3. Conducting observations on team members to promote best practices.
4. Carrying out reviews for service users to ensure the best possible strengths-based support is provided.
5. To work within safeguarding guidelines, confidentiality and GDPR.
6. Ensure compliance with CQC guidelines and regulations.

8. Your own vehicle and full UK driving license.
9. Level 2 in Health and Social Care - but be willing to work towards level 3.
10. Office-based 50% & out in the field 50% (this will be discussed at the interview).
11. Positive and forward-thinking attitude to work.
12. Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
13. Participate in “On-Call” duties - On a rota basis.
Qualifications
14. Capable of setting high personal/professional standards so our Care Assistants take the lead from you.
15. Experience in the care sector delivering a wide range of personal care services.
16. Experience of working with MAR charts and medication in a supervisory role.
17. Passion for delivering the highest quality care to our clients and helping them to live independently and happily in their own homes.
18. Knowledge and understanding of legislation and regulations specific to Health and Social Care.
19. Good communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

20. Full Time/Permanent Employment Contract.
21. £26,100.00 package.
22. Mileage Paid at 35p per mile.
