Building Controller/Technical Clerk
12 month contract
Inside IR35 - Umbrella/PAYE rates
SHIFTS - 12 hours, 4 days per week
Cumbria
Job Description/Role:
These are Shift roles which will be based on 4 days on, 4 days off rolling shift pattern including weekends and on 12 hour shifts
Building Controller Role:
* Manage the Building Controller pager during your shift and associated tasks
* Opening and closing the building
* Signing in/out with Contractors Control room
* Counting on site No's and relaying them to Contractors control room
* Completing weekly exercise on a Monday and the paperwork required
* Completing the monthly exercise at the beginning of the month
* Being the Deputy during site emergencies and assisting to run the exercise
* Keeping on top of all necessary paperwork
* Counting and co-ordinating the respirators
* First Aider
* Fire Warden
Technical Clerk Role:
* Produce, control and maintain Commissioning Life Time Records
* Copy, scan and store documents within electronic document management system (EDMS)
* Retrieve files as requested by project personnel
* Any other Admin duties that are required
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
* Experience of working within a Commissioning Document Control department
* Experience of delivering Document Control through SharePoint / Convero preferred
* IOSH Working Safely
Desirable Qualifications:
* Building Controllers training course
* 2 day First Aid qualification
* Fire Warden training
