£26,437 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30


Role

Receptionist Administrator - (Fixed Term Contract 12 Months)


Responsibilities

* Be a very special part of our team; caring and organised, offer a warm welcome to families.
* Ensure that the reception area is tidy and presentable at all times with an eye for detail and accurate administrative skills.
* Complete and update all relevant paperwork and documentation in the Funeral Management System accurately and on time.
* Ensure purchase ledger invoicing and reporting are up to date and obtain the appropriate approvals.
* Participate in our on-call rota (every 1 week in 5). A driver’s licence is required to cover different branches.
