As part of a rota of Duty Managers, you’ll help ensure the safe, smooth, and efficient daily operations across our properties. Supporting both staff and volunteers, you’ll be a hands-on presence—responding to incidents, coordinating across teams, and ensuring every aspect of the visitor journey is seamless and welcoming.You’ll maintain high standards of presentation throughout the property, and ensure all visitor communications—whether on-site or online—are clear, consistent, and engaging.In collaboration with regional and national marketing and communications teams, you’ll lead on-site marketing efforts.
