Role & Responsibilities Take full responsibility for Engineering Design and ICT activities across multiple UK sites Allocate design resource across concurrent projects and define realistic programme timelines Oversee the full lifecycle of engineering design through installation, commissioning and training Develop and implement engineering design methodologies, tools and continuous improvement initiatives Conduct regular buildability reviews in collaboration with production teams Ensure compliance with all relevant design, safety and ICT standards Provide technical leadership, line management and mentoring to the engineering team Support business development activity with technical input, cost estimates and programme advice Contribute to senior management reporting and strategic planning Our clients and their customers come from diverse backgrounds and so do we.
