Service Advisor / Service Administrator Required in Tadworth
Pay: £30k - £35k Basic Depending on industry knowledge!
Hours: 8.30 - 5.30pm Monday - Friday only!

Duties:
7. Managing customer bookings and creating accurate estimates
8. Chasing customers for updates and editing work orders
9. Upselling additional services and products
10. Handling invoicing and payment processes efficiently
11. Maintaining social media posts and online engagement
12. Working closely with the workshop controller and customer facing service reception team to ensure smooth operations
13. Providing back of house and administrative support in a busy garage environment
Requirements:
14. Previous experience as a Service Advisor or Service Administrator in a motor trade environment
15. Mechanical and technical knowledge is essential
16. Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
17. Strong organisational and computer skills
18. Ability to work as part of a team, supporting both front of house and admin functions
19. A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
