Join us in this role where you'll be responsible for performing predetermined maintenance on our offshore wind turbines. You'll sail daily on our CTVs from our state-of-the-art hub in Barrow-in-Furness to ensure the safe and efficient execution of maintenance tasks, focusing on electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems, in compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
Welcome to UK West Hub, Region Europe Generation. You'll be part of the Predetermined Operations team, performing scheduled maintenance, testing, and inspection tasks on offshore wind turbines and associated plant and equipment. We prioritize safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Your responsibilities include:
1. Performing annual maintenance, statutory inspections, HV (High Voltage) maintenance, and retrofits on offshore wind turbines according to established maintenance plans.
2. Executing maintenance activities across Siemens Gamesa (SGRE) and Vestas wind turbine systems to the highest safety and quality standards.
3. Supporting the Offshore Manager in planning maintenance improvements and aligning tasks with operational priorities.
4. Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and actively contributing to a strong safety culture.
Successful candidates will be expected to attend an assessment day in person during the week commencing 29th September.
