Job Description Live Life Aberdeenshire are looking for someone with excellent customer service skills to join our libraries and cultural team at Ellon Library. As part of the libraries team, you will assist in the provision of library services to the community. As well as having excellent communication skills, you will need good digital skills and the ability to work with all age groups. In addition, the postholder will participate in a range of duties such as helping customers with any enquiries, children’s events, storytelling and participating in outreach events. It is essential that you have a flexible approach and an enthusiasm for libraries and culture. There is a responsibility for the post holder to demonstrate a commitment to quality service delivery through continuous improvement for the benefit of the Service and the organisation.
