Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Rent Arrears team.
* Issue daily arrears notifications to relevant parties (tenants, landlords, and guarantors).
* Generate rent statements when requested.
* Assist in compiling reports as needed.
* Respond to tenant & landlord queries via phone and email, ensuring timely follow-ups.
* Pursue overdue debts and arrears through telephone, email, and letter within agreed timeframes.
* Handle and resolve customer queries efficiently.
* Conduct follow-ups with tenants and landlords according to the team’s process and chase cycle.
* Consistently operate within and demonstrate LRG company values.
* Provide support to other departments with ad-hoc credit control functions.

* Good level of IT related knowledge and associated Microsoft Office packages.
* Property related experience but not essential.
