Job Description
Fraser Edwards is currently seeking an experienced Electrical Project Coordinator. Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor, and due to continued growth, they are expanding their FRA team. The business has flourished over recent years, and this role offers a great opportunity to be part of its exciting future.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Handle escalations professionally, supporting team administrators in managing escalation points and calls. Proactively resolve project-related issues, escalating complex cases to senior colleagues or managers to ensure timely resolution.
2. Liaise with clients throughout the project lifecycle to understand and fulfill requirements.
3. Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure the timely preparation and submission of all necessary project and compliance-related documentation.
4. Maintain accurate internal records and documentation of job progress. Prepare progress reports for review by Project Managers and support quality assurance by reviewing peer work for accuracy.
5. Coordinate and schedule engineers' site work, ensuring optimal resource allocation and availability of required materials. Address access or scheduling conflicts proactively, liaising with residents and clients to support smooth project execution and delivery.

Salary:
* Basic Salary: £28,000 - £30,000
* Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Per Week
* Location: Enfield Office Based
