We are looking for a kind and compassionate Professional Advocate (PA) to support our community staff. You will be a visible role model, aiding and providing restorative supervision to any staff working within our services. This role is pivotal in enhancing staff wellbeing, resilience, and professional development through the A-EQUIP model (Advocating and Empowering for Quality Improvement).

As our Lead Professional Advocate, you will:
Deliver restorative clinical supervision to staff, particularly for staff new to working in the community.
Support staff with professional and personal challenges, including clinical incidents, team dynamics, stress, and burnout.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across primary, acute, and integrated care settings.
Lead and contribute to quality improvement initiatives and evaluation of the Professional Advocate service.
Be a visible leader, providing assurance to community matrons and heads of nursing that staff support is being delivered consistently
Have a passion for improving the working lives of staff and the quality of patient care.
