Full-time, part-time and occasional hours/bank available for day shifts. Day shift patterns are 07:15am to 19:15pm.
*Night enhancement of £1.50 per hour will apply from 8pm to 7am Monday – Sunday (this does not apply to sleep-ins). A weekend day enhancement of £2.00 per hour will be paid from 7am to 8pm, Saturday and Sunday.

Our service is home to 24 adults with physical disabilities, Fryers House is located in the market town of Romsey where we actively involve its service users in their local community and take part in a wide range of activities using local resources. This service is rated Good by CQC.

Care Assistant, Support Worker or similar experience is desirable but not essential. We offer an excellent training and induction programme for everyone!
As a Support Worker with Leonard Cheshire you will become part of a fantastic team. Every day is different, but here are just some of the duties you will do:
1. Assistance with daily life tasks including personal care, medication and mealtimes.
2. Escort and assist in and around the service, at external events and appointments.
3. Supporting our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence for our customers and helping to achieve individual aspirations.
4. Maintain up to date and accurate records.
