Account Manager – Facilities Management London & Surrounding Areas (Field-Based Role) Pareto FM Full-Time Pareto FM are looking for an experienced and driven Account Manager to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a portfolio of client sites in and around London. This is a field-based role, where travel between sites is a core part of the position. You’ll take full ownership of operational performance, financial delivery, and team leadership across multiple locations, ensuring consistently high standards across the contract. The Role As Account Manager, you’ll be fully accountable for the successful delivery of services across your portfolio, ensuring everything runs safely, efficiently, and in line with contractual expectations. You’ll act as the senior point of contact for the client, while leading and supporting teams across multiple sites. What You’ll Be Doing Acting as the primary client contact across multiple sites Building strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders Leading and supporting a multi-skilled team across engineering, facilities, H&S and front-of-house Driving consistency and high standards across all locations Overseeing hard and soft FM services, including maintenance, cleaning and workplace operations Ensuring full compliance with health & safety regulations and statutory requirements Monitoring KPIs and SLAs, taking action to improve performance Managing subcontractors and service partners to ensure quality and compliance Taking full ownership of contract delivery across your portfolio Managing budgets, forecasting and cost control Identifying opportunities for efficiencies, savings and service improvements Producing regular operational and financial reports What We’re Looking For Proven experience in an Account Manager / Facilities Manager / senior FM role Strong background in integrated facilities management (hard & soft services) Experience managing multi-site or mobile contracts Confident leading and developing teams across different locations Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills Strong commercial awareness and budget management experience Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly About You Comfortable working in a field-based, mobile role A natural leader who brings structure, accountability and energy Proactive, solutions-focused and highly organised Strong communicator with a professional, client-focused approach Driven to deliver consistent, high-quality service across multiple sites Why Join Pareto FM?
