π The Role
Joining a close-knit marketing team of four and reporting directly to the Group Marketing Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering digital marketing activity across multiple brands.
This is a varied, hands-on position where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to strategy, implement campaigns, and help drive measurable business growth.
Key responsibilities include:

Planning, building and optimising digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn

Creating engaging ad content, graphics and marketing assets
β
Supporting SEO and PPC initiatives to improve visibility, website performance and lead generation
β
Monitoring campaign performance and producing insightful reports with recommendations
β
Designing creative content for web, email, print, social media and showroom marketing materials using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
β
Producing video content for social platforms, including planning, filming and editing
β
Writing compelling marketing copy for campaigns across multiple channels
β
Building and executing CRM and email marketing campaigns to drive retention, reactivation and sales
β
Supporting CRM database management and customer communications
π Additional Involvement
This role offers exposure to a wide variety of marketing activities, including:

Dealership events and sales weekends
π€ Community engagement initiatives
π Product launches and promotional campaigns
π¦ Managing relationships with external suppliers, designers, printers and event partners
π€ What We're Looking For
We're seeking a well-rounded digital marketer with a strong foundation across key digital channels.
You don't need to be an expert in every area listed above, but you should be enthusiastic about learning, developing new skills and expanding your marketing expertise.
Essential experience:
β Digital marketing campaign execution
β Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
β CRM systems and email marketing
β CMS platforms
β Microsoft 365
β Basic video creation or editing experience
Desirable:
β Automotive, retail or consumer-focused marketing experience
