Your Responsibilities
* Preparation of timely and accurate monthly, (quarterly) and annual financial reports according to IFRS and management reports.
* Completing financial forecasts and budgets.
* Providing regular analysis of trading performance.
* Providing ad-hoc analysis and reporting to finance stakeholders within the group.
* Supporting the development of controlling & internal reporting systems landscape.
* Evaluating internal financial processes and internal control systems.
* Delivery of key finance processes such as revenue invoicing.
* Supporting the development of finance business partnering, especially in People Operations, Marketing & IT.
* Supporting projects and implementation of group-wide systems.
* Supporting the delivery of key finance processes such as revenue automation.
* Supporting auditors in conducting internal and external audits.
Your Profile
* A completed Business, Finance, or Accounting degree.
* 4+ years experience in roles like financial controller or managerial accounting.
* Deep understanding of UK GAAP accounting standards and IFRS (preferable but not mandatory).
* IT affinity with strong knowledge of MS Office, GSuite, and ERP systems (ideally Oracle Netsuite).
* Analytical thinking skills and a structured, independent work style.
* Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex contexts clearly.
* Strong financial modeling skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and problem-solving are crucial.
