As a Case Manager, you will:
Manage a pipeline of applications to ensure timely and successful completions.
Liaise with brokers and clients to collect documentation and supporting information.
Provide support to the Business Development Manager, handling calls, emails, and correspondence.
Keep brokers updated on application progress and handle queries efficiently.
Prepare HOTs, AIPs, and key documentation.
Maintain accurate data and records within the company’s CRM system.
Attend and contribute to team meetings.
Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accuracy at all stages.
Obtain property information, valuation quotes, and carry out initial searches.
Assist with MLA and ad hoc administration tasks.Package and Benefits:
