We're working with a respected and established fit-out and joinery contractor who are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Ipswich. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-quality, fast-paced commercial projects across London, Suffolk, and Essex, with genuine room for long-term progression.

Key Responsibilities
* Support Project Managers to deliver projects on time and within budget
* Prepare tenders, review contracts, and produce cash flow forecasts
* Manage subcontractor procurement, valuations, and project variations
* Ensure compliance with contract requirements, health & safety, and quality standards
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and colleagues
About You
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor (fit-out or joinery experience advantageous)
* Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification
* Strong commercial awareness with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
* Motivated, organised, and confident working to deadlines
