Faculty
We offer a range of postgraduate and undergraduate education, including our fully integrated pre-registration BSc and MSc Midwifery programmes based on Problem Based Learning (PBL).
What you will be doing:
1. Assume leadership roles which may include module leadership, programme lead or project lead.
2. Develop and deliver socially inclusive learning opportunities across the midwifery programmes for students from diverse entry pathways. You will also be supported to enhance teaching using theoretically informed methodologies, so that we meet our social mobility pledge and continue to be a university for social inclusion.
3. You will be collegiate and take an active role in building friendly and supportive relationships with staff and students. You will work in a range of teams, such as module teaching teams, supervision teams and projects.
Qualifications/ experience:
4. NMC Registered Midwife
5. A relevant master’s degree (or working towards) or a relevant level 7 qualification.
6. Member of Advanced HE or commitment to achieving appropriate level of membership
