Cityworx are recruiting for an exceptional Registered Manager to lead a specialist service supporting young people with complex health needs. Our client works with young people referred in crisis, who may be at risk of self-harm, may abscond, or be under a Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) order. The organisation has strong partnerships with housing providers, enabling them to offer safe accommodation to help young people settle. This role offers a

to make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities: Lead and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver exceptional care. Ensure compliance with CQC and all statutory frameworks. Recruit, train, supervise, and appraise staff. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Develop and oversee tailored care plans for children with complex needs. Apply trauma-informed and therapeutic approaches. Safeguard children and manage incidents in line with procedures. Prepare for and lead CQC and other regulatory inspections. Maintain accurate, compliant records and documentation. Monitor service performance and implement improvement plans. Conduct audits, risk assessments, and quality reviews. Liaise with health professionals, local authorities, and partner agencies. Build positive relationships with children, families, and stakeholders. Represent the service in professional meetings and forums. Essential Skills & Experience: Proven experience as a Registered Manager in children s services. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (or equivalent). Advanced safeguarding knowledge and crisis management skills. Excellent leadership, organisational, and problem-solving abilities. Desirable: Additional qualifications in mental health, counselling, or therapeutic work. Full UK driving licence.
