You will be responsible for the pre-construction and Bid Management of projects working closely with the Estimating Manager. Responsibilities: * Work closely with pre-construction Bid Team. * Ensure compliance with pre-construction processes and legislative requirements. * Identify and record risks, opportunities and associated costs. * Develop strategies with Bid Team and Operations Team. * Develop margin and win strategies. * Oversee Bid Team. * Oversee production of accurate tender information. Essential: * Experience working with clients, consultants and stakeholders. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Experienced within a similar managerial role. * Knowledge and experience within the construction industry.
