Responsibilities of a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer:
* Perform daily maintenance and manage the PPM system.
* Maintain plant safety, efficiency, and operational continuity.
* Comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
* Assist with installation and implementation of capital projects when required.
* Follow relevant procedures and work collaboratively within the engineering team.
* Adhere to safety, health, environmental, and quality policies.
Qualifications and Experience:
* NVQ / C&G Level 3 or higher with a mechanical bias.
* Experience in manufacturing is beneficial.
* Proficient communication skills.
* Experience with pneumatics and hydraulics is preferred.
* Team-oriented with a passion for craftsmanship.
Benefits:
* Monday to Friday, 3-shift pattern.
* Salary: £47,860 (including shift allowance).
* 1:3 weekend call-out, paid overtime.
