Salary: £35,000-£45,000

Overview and Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced Private Client Professional to join this well established firm in Stokesley.
Job Description:
In this position, you will have the chance to progress your career and achieve your long-term goals.
You will work in a supportive department with other Private Client Professionals.
Role Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on wills, trusts, inheritance tax planning, and powers of attorney.
* Managing the legal process of administering a deceased person's estate, including obtaining grants of probate.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, offering tailored legal advice.
* Preparing legal documents such as wills, lasting powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
* Ensuring adherence to legal, regulatory, and firm-specific requirements, including anti-money laundering checks.
* Accurately recording time spent on cases and ensuring timely billing of clients.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in a Private Client Department is essential
