2. Develop isolated and non-isolated DC-DC converters to support RF, digital, and control subsystems.
3. Optimise designs for efficiency, thermal performance, reliability, and compact form factor.
EMC / EMI Compliance
1. Ensure designs comply with MIL-STD-461G and relevant EMC/EMI standards.
2. Implement filtering, shielding, grounding, and PCB layout techniques to control emissions and susceptibility.
Testing & Validation
1. Develop and execute test procedures for power performance and EMC compliance.
2. Conduct lab testing with oscilloscopes, spectrum analysers, LISNs, and other EMC equipment.
3. Support qualification testing for rugged environments (temperature, humidity, vibration, shock).
Integration & Collaboration
1. Work with RF, digital, and mechanical engineers to integrate power systems into terminal architectures.
2. Support design reviews, FMEA/FTA, and reliability analysis.
Documentation & Compliance
