Pay and Hours
Initial hourly rate starts at £13.28, increasing to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may apply depending on location. Minimum guaranteed hours are 16 per week, with a flexible arrangement available for as few as 12 hours.
Responsibilities
* Serve shoppers and help them find what they need.
* Meet new people and contribute to a diverse, inclusive team environment.
* Apply training to work safely, efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
* Make customer‑centric decisions and implement store routines that meet demand.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events to create an inclusive atmosphere.
* Monitor store performance, support teamwork and drive sales, reduce waste and shrink, and contribute to profitability.
* Handle products carefully to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in optimum condition.
* Accept deliveries into the store when required.
