We provide IT and infrastructure service solutions to some of the world’s leading financial and technology companies, operating across office and data centre environments.

We’re seeking experienced sales professionals with a strong understanding of Data Centre and Structured Cabling services that Onnec provides.


Responsibilities

* Target end‑users in key sectors locally and globally.
* Promote Onnec’s brand and comprehensive portfolio of solutions.
* Secure new clients and drive business growth.
* Manage and sustain accounts, maximising revenues.
* Plan and execute quarterly account strategies and pipeline.
* Make commercial decisions impacting revenue streams.
* Liaise with marketing for integrated campaign execution.
* Identify market trends to generate incremental revenue opportunities.
* Manage the full account lifecycle from opportunity to service delivery.
* Achieve sales targets and motivate your team.
* Attend client meetings and build relationships with existing clients.
* Uncover new business opportunities proactively.
* Ensure pricing, proposals and tender documentation are professional and timely.
* Maintain relationships with external suppliers and stakeholders.
* Own the end‑to‑end sales process through the lifecycle of a sales project.
* Develop action plans to convert business opportunities and ensure positive outcomes.


Qualifications

* Experience selling IT & Infrastructure and/or data centre solutions to end users.
* Understanding of the IT infrastructure industry and its various elements.
* Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, driving growth and expansion initiatives.
* Strong team leadership and motivation skills.
* Excellent business and commercial acumen.
* Experience with RFP processes and sales databases/CRM.
* Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Results‑orientated, self‑motivated, able to work in a team.
* Computer literate with Microsoft Office.
