Salary: £29,344 – £44,919 (depending on experience)
About the Role:
A welcoming primary school in Aylesbury is seeking an experienced SENCO to lead its SEND provision. The role involves working closely with staff, pupils, and parents to ensure children with additional needs are fully supported in their learning journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
Support teachers in developing strategies to meet pupils’ needs
Liaise with external professionals and agencies
Oversee EHCPs, interventions, and progress tracking
Requirements:
QTS and NASENCO qualification (or willingness to work towards it)
Experience supporting children with SEN in a mainstream school
Excellent communication and organisational skills
