This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our care home team as a Senior Domestic Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the housekeeping department, overseeing daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained throughout the care home.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, with experience in managing teams and driving improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A proven track record in housekeeping management, with experience in leading teams and implementing process improvements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and residents
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively
* A high level of attention to detail, with a focus on delivering exceptional results
