Baltic Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a growing manufacturing business in the Middlesbrough area with their search for an Electrical Maintenance Technician. Key Duties: Carry out breakdown repairs to production equipment, plant, and services as requested.Carrying out TPMs and ensuring documentation is completed.PLC Fault finding(Siemens). Keep daily records of all work completed and all work pending.Monitor stores stock and usage.Always apply best practice operation maintaining high levels of health & safety, hygiene and quality standards.Progress and complete project work on site. Key Requirements: Ideally a minimum of 3 year’s experience within a high-volume manufacturing environment.Understand and be able to read mechanical/electrical schematic drawings.Be experienced in the use of PPM systems.Work on their own initiative.Work towards improved efficiency in the maintenance department.Be an effective team player and possess excellent communication skills. The Package: £42, – £45, per annum depending on experience.Continental shift pattern of days & nights: Mon&Tues 12 hour days, Wed OFF, Thurs&Fri 12 hour nights, followed by Mon&Tues 12 hour nights, Wed OFF, Thurs&Fri 12 hour days on rotation. NO WEEKEND SHIFT PATTERN.Generous performance based bonus potential paid annually. Company pension scheme. 23 days holiday which increases with length of service.
