Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Office Administrator to join a friendly and supportive team in Wrexham. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You will support customers through the ordering process, handle enquiries, and help ensure smooth order fulfilment by working closely with internal teams and external partners. The role is primarily email-based, with minimal phone communication required.
Responsibilities
* Processing customer quotes and orders
* Managing customer enquiries and resolving issues
* Booking transport and liaising with couriers
* Processing invoices, returns, and credit notes
* General administration and data maintenance
