Are you looking for a new opportunity to demonstrate your excellent ICT support and customer service skills? Do you already have or want to gain experience in a local government environment, with a varied and interesting set of duties?
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic person who will help deliver Digital Services support across the Council. We primarily utilise Omnissa Horizon VDI to deliver desktops to our users and you will be part of the team who support and maintain this environment. We are heavily invested in Microsoft 365, and you will be involved in maximising on our investment in this platform.
You will be proactive and forward thinking, able to provide a high quality of support and customer service to our user base of approximately 600 users, across a wide variety of Council services.
Closing date for applications is midnight on Sunday 23rd November 2025. Interviews will take place w/c 1st December 2025, followed by a short test. Please indicate in your application if there are any days which you cannot attend for interview during that week.
