Estimator – Bromley – Full-Time, Office-Based
(Heritage | External Refurbishment | Internal Refurbishment)
We’re working with a well-established, family-feel construction company based in Bromley, who are looking to appoint an experienced Estimator to join their growing team on a full-time, office-based basis.
This contractor delivers a diverse range of projects across heritage restoration, external envelope refurbishments, and high-quality internal refurbishments, working with a long-standing client base throughout London.
Role Overview:
As an Estimator, you’ll be responsible for preparing accurate and competitive tenders across a variety of refurbishment and heritage schemes. You’ll work closely with the Directors and Project Managers, playing a key role in the company’s continued growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:

Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for refurbishment and heritage projects.
*
Conducting site visits and liaising with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
*
Analysing drawings, specifications, and other tender documentation.
*
Sourcing competitive quotations and building strong supplier relationships.
*
Working collaboratively with the commercial and delivery teams to ensure accurate project handovers.
About You:
*
Proven experience as an Estimator within refurbishment, heritage, or general building sectors.
*
Strong analytical and communication skills.
*
Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
*
Good knowledge of building materials, construction methods, and current market rates.
*
