* Location: SERC, Lisburn
* Hours Per Week: 16 hours (06:30 – 10:30 Monday, 06:30 – 09:30 Tuesday to Friday)
* Job Type: Part-Time

The Cleaning Operative shall:
* Sweep, suction clean, mop, dry buff, spray clean, spray wax, machine scrub and dry, strip and re-polish floors using appropriate equipment.
* Clean and remove stains from soft floor surfaces (carpets/matting) using the appropriate cleaning method.
* Clean body fluids/solids as needed using proper procedures.
* Clean toilet and shower areas, including fixtures and fittings, and replenish toiletries.
* Clean, wash, and dust ledges, walls, fixtures, fittings, and internal surfaces. Polish furniture where appropriate.
* Empty and clean internal litter bins and remove litter to designated collection points.
* Use and care for cleaning equipment responsibly and safely.
* Complete all necessary paperwork.
* Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the Facilities Manager to ensure effective service delivery.
About You
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in a similar cleaning role.
* Ability to speak conversational English.
Desirable Criteria
* BICS qualification.
