The Role
* Lead the clinical team ensuring residents’ medical, physical and emotional needs are met.
* To Ensure compliance ensure our clinical governance framework is followed at all times.
* Mentor and motivate colleagues, champion residents’ safety and dignity and drive continuous improvement.
* Provide outstanding leadership for all colleagues.
* As a named nurse support residents with a range of complex needs and dependency levels.
* Continuously strive towards ensuring clinical excellence within the home

Essential Requirements
* An NMC Registered Nurse
* Understands clinical assessment tools like Waterlow and MUST
* Experienced in writing comprehensive care plans
* Be able to demonstrate excellent leadership qualities and clinical knowledge
