What You'll Be Doing: You'll be central to the operations, from planning to distribution. Key responsibilities include: Developing and maintaining material requirement planning systems. Forecasting demand and creating production plans. Monitoring inventory and overseeing warehousing operations. Managing material transportation, ensuring timely deliveries. Championing continuous improvement and leading projects to enhance efficiencies and reduce costs. Monitoring KPIs and reporting on performance. What We're After: We need a leader with a proven track record. You'll need: A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. 5 years of experience in material planning/logistics, with 3 years in management. Experience introducing a Warehouse Management System (WMS). Strong knowledge of NAV or relevant systems. Familiarity with lean manufacturing.
