An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven and capable IT Consultant to join a well-established business within a thriving multinational group. As the company brings its IT function in-house and moves away from an external MSP. You'll play a key role in shaping this transformation and driving this initiative whilst working towards leading the department as your progress into management. With the backing of their sister company, a strong support network, and a healthy training budget, this role is ideal for an ambitious individual ready to step up and take on greater responsibility.

Your Role as a IT Consultant will include:
* Provide 1st-3rd line IT support
* Manage patching and system updates to maintain robust security and performance
* Support and develop BI tools including Qlik Sense and Crystal Reports
* Maintain and enhance ERP systems such as Factory Master
* Collaborate with group IT colleagues to ensure best practice and shared standards
The successful IT Consultant will need:
* Experience delivering 1st-3rd line technical support and ITSM ticketing systems
* Strong understanding of BI tools (Qlik Sense, Crystal Reports, Power BI)
* Familiarity with ERP systems such as Factory Master or similar
* Proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership of internal IT systems
* Must be within a commutable distance to Hull
