Administrator – Fixed Term Contract (3 Months)
Location: Alfreton
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm
Our client looking for an organised and detail-focused Administrator to join their team in Alfreton on a 3-month fixed term contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling jobs onto the company system
* Organising engineers’ diaries and allocating resources effectively
* Using the company ERP system to manage and update product data
* Supporting the sales team with preparing quotes and invoices
* Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails
* Ensuring accurate and timely data entry
Skills & Experience:
* Previous experience working with ERP systems such as SAP, Navision, Syspro, or Oracle
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
* Strong accuracy and attention to detail
* Experience in a customer service role, with good communication skills
