Due to organisational growth, a role has been created for a Customer Services Assistant to join on a temporary basis.
Your new role
As a passionate and adept individua, your primary responsibility is to manage and execute a range of support tasks, providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders. You will contribute to improving the operations' productivity.
Key Responsibilities
1. Dealing effectively with a wide range of frontline enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
2. Logging enquiries
3. Working in accordance with Internal policies and procedures
4. Data input including standard reports and ad hoc reports
5. Filing, scanning, photocopying and other general office tasks
6. Assistance with event administration as required
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this highly visible role, you will:
7. Have previous experience in a customer service role
8. Have excellent telephone manner
9. Be able to work under pressure
