Employment Type: Full-time / 39 hours per week A, 52 hours per week B / Night Shifts
As a Care Assistant you will provide high quality individualised care and support for each resident, promoting and upholding residents' privacy, dignity and independence at all times.
You will create a happy, caring and safe atmosphere; putting residents' needs first, providing a wide range of physical, social, emotional and psychological support tailored to the individual. We respect differences and recognise our staff and residents will have different needs.
This position is subject to an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
Right to work in the UK is required.
This role involves a DBS check and compliance with safeguarding requirements.

* No previous experience required; full training will be provided.

* Desire to work as part of a dedicated team.
* Right to work in the UK.
* Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check as part of safeguarding requirements.
