Location: Windsor, UK Working Model: Hybrid (visit to office once every week) to begin with Contract - Inside IR35 Day Rate: Upto £550.00 Delivery Model: Agile Role Overview Our Energy client is currently seeking an experienced D365 Finance & Operations Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate business needs into effective, customer-focused ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities * Lead and support end-to-end D365 F&O implementations * Own the design, configuration, and delivery across multiple functional areas * Work closely with business stakeholders to refine and document requirements * Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications * Collaborate with development teams to deliver integrated solutions * Support functional, integration, and end-to-end testing * Facilitate FIT/GAP workshops and business process definition * Contribute to Agile delivery via Epics, Features, and User Stories Required Skills & Experience * 5–6 years hands-on D365 F&O Functional Consultant experience * Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Finance modules * Direct Debit experience * Full ERP implementation lifecycle experience * Functional, integration, and process testing experience (e.g. Postman) * Strong understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies * Experience working as an individual contributor * Exposure to the wider Microsoft stack: * PowerApps, Power BI, Dataverse, Azure, Office 365 * Excellent client-facing and communication skills What We’re Looking For: * Confident, client-facing consultant * Strong stakeholder management skills * Comfortable working in fast-paced Agile environments * Collaborative, delivery-focused mindset APPLY NOW for further details on this excellent opportunity
