This is a fantastic opportunity to lead impactful procurement initiatives across a diverse portfolio, including Property, Facilities Management, IT, Fleet, Professional Services, Marketing, and other general business services.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Develop and implement category strategies that deliver sustainable savings, risk reduction, and service improvements.
* Lead end-to-end sourcing activities (RFIs, RFPs, negotiations) ensuring compliance and value for money.
* Manage supplier selection, contracting, and performance reviews, driving accountability and continuous improvement.
* Ensure suppliers meet Medivet’s ESG, data protection, and ethical sourcing standards.
* Monitor spend, savings, and supplier performance, producing reports and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
* Build strong relationships across Property, IT, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and other teams to align procurement strategies with business needs.
* Drive adoption of procurement best practices, tools, and systems, mentoring junior team members along the way.
What You’ll Bring
* 5+ years’ experience in indirect procurement across multi-site operations.
* Proven expertise in category management and end-to-end contract management.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to link data insights to strategic outcomes.
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
* Experience leading supplier performance management and ensuring compliance with ESG standards.
* Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement systems (ERP, contract management tools).
