About you We’re seeking a skilled and proactive IT professional to join our team. Ideally, you’ll bring: •Service Desk Background : Previous experience in a service desk or device analyst role, supporting diverse user needs. • Device Management Expertise: Ideally hands-on experience with tools such as Lansweeper, PDQ Deploy, WSUS, and SCCM. • Technical Knowledge: A good understanding of Windows 10, Office 365, and commonly used productivity applications. • Networking and Security Skills: Advantageous if you have a familiarity with networking concepts, remote access solutions like Cisco VPN, and robust security practices.
