Brook Street Recruitment is proud to support our client in Mallusk in their search for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join their busy team.
This is a varied role combining administration and warehouse duties, including the use of a Counterbalance Forklift.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage data entry and internal records across logistics systems
Coordinate shipping, receiving, inventory, and order dispatch
Respond to customer order emails professionally and promptly
Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operations
Assist with export documentation and compliance for international shipping
Operate the Counterbalance Forklift to move goods as required
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in warehouse or logistics admin
Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence
Strong organisational and communication skills
Knowledge of export/import processes (desirable)
Confident with Microsoft Office
A team player with a willingness to learn and growHours: 2PM - 10PM (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £25,000 approx.
