Providing dedicated support tailored to the individual pupil's needs Supporting a pupil to stay engaged and focused throughout the school day Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Supporting behaviour and emotional wellbeing Helping children build confidence, resilience and routine What we’re looking for Some experience with SEN/ behaviour management, or an interest in developing your skills Ability to easily build rapport and a genuine care for making a difference A team player, willing to build relationships with pupils and staff A calm, patient and supporting approach to learning What you can expect from protocol education Weekly PAYE pay Ongoing support from a consultant who genuinely cares Access to free CPD, including training that helps you grow in SEN support All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
