Make a difference through transformation We are looking for a proactive and motivated Transformation Projects Officer to join our Central Operations team and help deliver meaningful change across the Council. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping and delivering transformation projects that improve services for residents and support organisational priorities. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders to coordinate projects, maintain momentum, track progress, and support strong governance and communication. From project planning and benefit tracking to records, finance, and stakeholder liaison, you will be at the heart of work that delivers meaningful improvement. About the role You will: Design, develop and deliver transformation projects across the organisation Work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful outcomes Monitor project performance, maintaining project plans, records, action logs, benefits tracking, and financial information. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and support delivery of programme management activities Provide high-quality customer service and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement About you Experience of project support, project delivery, policy, research, or service improvement activity. Is organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities Has strong analytical skills and can interpret complex data Is a confident communicator and team player Holds (or willingness to work towards) a project management qualification (PRINCE2, Agile, MSP) A collaborative, customer-focused, and flexible approach, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
