THE ROLE
This position sits within the organisation’s engineering division, supporting customers throughout their complete Additive Manufacturing journey. You’ll work across one or more key AM pillars: Business Case, Design, Process & Application Development, Qualification, and Production & Post-Processing.
In this role, you will:
* Support sales activities by defining, developing, and delivering AM production and enablement services.
* Manage and implement complex customer projects, coordinating across internal teams, assessing risks, and providing technical solutions that meet customer requirements.
* Deliver targeted training sessions and workshops to accelerate AM adoption and reduce customer time-to-market.
* Represent the customer’s technical voice across R&D and product development initiatives, helping shape next generation AM solutions
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
* Professional experience within Additive Manufacturing, ideally metal AM systems
* Experience working directly with customers on technical projects
* Strong project management and cross-functional coordination
* Delivering technical training, workshops, or customer enablement programmes
* Exposure to AM production environments, engineering workflows, or process development
QUALIFICATIONS
* Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline
* High level of written and spoken English
* Based in the West Midlands with willingness to travel across the UK and wider EMEA region
